Southwest Minnesota State University – Science HRI

Terra General Contractors has been selected by Southwest State University to provide Owners Representative Services on their new Science HRI (Hotel & Restaurant Industry) project in Marshall, MN.  This project includes renovating multiple biology and chemistry labs in the SM and ST Buildings totaling approximately 25,000gsf, and remodeling existing food labs and kitchen in the Individualized Learning Center. Architectural services are provided by Holabird & Root Architects out of Rochester, MN, and LKPB Engineers in St. Paul, MN provided the mechanical and electrical design. Southwest State University is a 4 year public university offering high quality education in the liberal arts.
