Terra General is providing construction services to THC, Inc. of Atlanta, GA for the development of the Noise Insulation Program at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (H-JAIA). Terra General Contractors’ responsibility is to work with RL Brown Associates of Decatur, GA. Gude Management Group of Atlanta, GA and Miller Dunwiddie Architecture of Minneapolis, MN to develop the program documents for the noise insulation of one (1) Healthcare & Retirement Facility, four (4) Community & Senior Centers, seven (7) Fire Stations, six (6) schools, thirty-nine (39) churches, fifty-one (51) multi family structures (3,786 units) and fifty-two (52) single family residences. The project is in seven (7) different cities surrounding H-JAIA and it is anticipated that the program will start design and construction in 2009.
