First National Bank of Elk River recently signed a contract with Terra General Contractors to replace all the windows in their Anoka branch office. Terra General Contractors assisted First National Bank of Elk River and HTG Architects in evaluating the best options for replacement by completing water infiltration testing on the windows. The project will commence in the spring of 2009 and will include window replacement, EIFS repair and refinishing, sealant maintenance and repair, and miscellaneous carpentry and finishes. HTG Architects provided design assistance on the project.
