AM Retail/Wilson Leather

Terra General Contractors is working with IRET Properties and AM Retail Group Inc. (dba Wilsons Leather) to remodel the approximately 150,000sf building located at 7401 Boone Avenue N. in Brooklyn Park. The new space plan by WCL Associates, Inc. is designed to consolidate AM Retail Group’s operations into a portion of the building and prepare the remaining vacant space for future leasing. In addition to building out AM Retail Group’s space, the project also includes demolition of a 40,000sf mezzanine and separating mechanical and electrical systems to suit a multi-tenant environment.
