Metro Transit
Terra General Contractors has been awarded a Master Contract to provide Construction Management / Owner’s Representative services to Metro Transit (Metropolitan Council) on an as-needed basis.  The Council is the regional-level governmental unit for the seven-county Twin Cities area. The Council is responsible for guiding and coordinating development in the region through joint planning with local governments and the private sector. The Council also establishes policies for airports, regional parks, highways and transit, sewers, air and water quality and provides planning and technical assistance to communities in the Twin Cities.

Carleton College Window Replacements
Terra General Contractors was recently selected to provide Construction Management/Owners Representative services for three (3) window replacement projects at Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. Goodsell Observatory – built in 1987, Music Hall – built in 1913 and Myers Residence Hall will all have their windows replaced in 2009. Terra will oversee the design and implementation of these projects. Goodsell Observatory houses three (3) historic telescopes and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
