January 2012 – PepsiCo Headquarters

Terra General Contractors was selected to complete the tenant improvement project for PepsiCo’s new headquarters on the 5th floor in the Historic Essex Building located at Nicollet Mall and 10th Street South in Minneapolis, MN. Terra is working with BDH & Young, CB Richard Ellis and Ryan Companies. The project has started and will be completed by the end of February 2012.

January 2012 – Minnesota Allergy and Asthma Consultants, PLLP

Terra General Contractors recently completed a project for Minnesota Allergy and Asthma Consultants, PLLP for their new space in Burnsville, MN. The project normally would have taken eight (8) weeks, however, Terra completed the work just prior to the end of the year within a three (3) week period of time. Terra worked with WCL Associates on this fast track project.
