April 2012 - MAC Terminal Skyway Phase II

Terra General Contractors was recently awarded the construction improvements for the Terminal 1 Skyway Phase II for the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC). Terra will be working with the MAC, Architectural Alliance and Kraus Anderson (Construction Manager). The project is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2012.

April 2012 – Thrivent Financial

Terra General Contractors (Terra) was recently selected to complete the tenant improvements for Thrivent Financial in the Crescent Ridge II facility located in Minnetonka, MN for Piedmont Office Realty Trust. The project will start at the beginning of May 2012 and will be completed at the beginning of June 2012.  

April 2012 - RAZR Marketing

Terra General Contractors was selected to complete the tenant improvement project for RAZR Marketing's new headquarters on the 3rd floor of their building located in Minnetonka, MN. Terra is working with BDH & Young and RAZR Marketing. The project has started and will be completed in July 2012.
