SRF Consulting Group, Inc.
Terra General Contractors has been selected by CresaPartners, Carlson Real Estate and SRF Consulting to compete a 70,000 SF interior renovation of the SRF Consultant Group's offices located at One Carlson Parkway North in Plymouth, MN. BDH & Young's design brings in new architectual finishes, as well as improvements to the layout of the space. The project is scheduled to be completed in multiple phases and will be complete by November 2010.

MAC Energy Program - Phase 12 & 13
The Metropolitan Airports Commisson (MAC) has awarded the contract for the MAC Energy Program - Phase 12 & 13 to Terra General Contractors. Terra will be working closely with the Architectural Alliance and Michaud Cooley Erickson to provide mechanical, electrical, lighting and architectural energy improvements to the Lindbergh Terminal at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The project is scheduled to start immediately with completion in October 2010.

Phillips Community Center Remodel
The Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board has recently awarded the remodeling of the Phillips Community Center in South Minneapolis to Terra General Contractors. The scope of this project includes roof replacement, mechanical and electrical infrastructure improvements, infill of existing pool and general building improvements. Terra will work closely with LKPB Engineers on this project to ensure completion by June 1, 2010.
